Meet Alicia!

I have struggled with my weight on and off my whole life. I’ve tried many different diets but was never fully successful. I could lose weight but I’d always gain it back, normally with a little extra. It was so exhausting, that I had just given up. I was going to do the easy thing and just be overweight the rest of my life. Problem was I was miserable and starting to get high blood pressure-I didn’t want see where that road would take me.

So, I very unhappily turned 30 in September of 2011, and I knew I needed to do something but I didn’t know what. Then one day my health coach stopped in my office, shared her story with me and asked if she could send me an email to forward to anyone who might be interested. Well I was curious, I knew about the program and knew people that it had worked for, but I wasn’t sure it was for me. So, with her guidance I decided to try it for a month, the question was would it work for me? Well it worked and I was all in!! Not only was it easy to follow, but I didn’t have to starve myself , I got to eat good food, had so much more energy, was given LOTS of support, and was learning how to create health in my life. After losing 100 lbs, I look back and wish I’d taken control of my life sooner, I wasted so much time being unhappy with myself.
