“When my third baby was 8 months old, and I was still wearing maternity clothes, I knew SOMETHING had to change. I had stabilized at 175 lbs, which is how much I weighed at 9 months pregnant with my first child. At 5’3”, that weight put me in the ‘obese’ category on the BMI chart, and I was NOT okay with that. I contacted my friend and she helped me to get on program. I told her my goal weight was “IDEALLY 120, but, you know, 130 would be totally awesome too.” I am now at 122 (53 lbs gone!), still losing, and feeling fantastic! My husband also went on program with me, and he has lost 51 lbs! I would highly recommend this program to anybody who wants a little support on their path to health and weight loss.”
