There are many ways to measure your success when you are trying to reach goals.
– Did you stay on plan consistently? WIN!
– Did your pants feel looser today? WIN!
– Did you push harder during your workout? WIN!

Just remember: DO NOT REWARD YOURSELF WITH FOOD! You’re not a dog 🐺

  1. My friend has been asking for the best piece of advice to new runners and people new to the healthy living scene. My response is always “celebrate the small accomplishments.” Really, it’s all about the journey. I have run a couple halves and am training for more, but not much compares to the day I ran my first mile without stopping, honestly. Those small victories get you where you want to be.
