This is such a great top to help with portion control. How many times have you caught yourself adding just “one more little scoop” while enjoying the post meal conversation?
I know I am guilty of this! It is a hard habit to break, but once you identify it, you can create solutions to help yourself. In my house, if feeling peckish while cooking a meal, I grab a piece of gum to eat. If I’m feeling it after the meal, I let my boyfriend know and he tackles the clean up, no questions asked. Though, if I’m cooking he’s typically cleaning up…but that’s a different daily tip in living in a stress-free environment! The point being, know yourself and know how your support team can help!
