DAILY TIP: Drink Your Water

You need to drink your water! The purer the better! If you are trying to lose weight you need to drink 50% of your body weight in ounces. That means if you weigh 220lbs, drink 120oz of water. Make sure you space it out throughout the day. You don’t want to damage your kidneys!
