HEALTH TIP: Holiday Health Plans

The Holidays are a great time for opportunities to practice our healthy habits.

We need to try them out to be successful long term. We get stronger each time we make a healthy choice.

The choice is yours!

#1 Be on plan.

Cruise through the holidays without cravings and feeling confident. Inspire others with your healthy choices. Be ready for the “you look amazing, what ARE you doing?” and the fam falling flat from surprise because they haven’t seen you this slim ever! Really exercise your health muscles by passing up the things that pull you away from your goals.

#2 Have a plan to be off plan.

Get with your coach and make a plan. Burn fat every day except a few choice meals with a few choice items. Decide what and how much. Use the 1 T rule. If you need to taste that pie, taste it. With one bite. Savor and then get back to burning fat. Maintain your weight loss or lose a bit slower.

#3 Be off plan.

Gain weight during the holidays like most people do. Eat what is there and own your choices. Stay in touch with your coach and know right when you want to get back on track.

And remember to really enjoy this wonderful time of year.
