- 6 oz Chicken (Breast or strips)
- 1⁄2 clv Garlic (minced)
- 1 T Rosemary Leaves (chopped)
- 1 T Olive Oil (Extra virgin)
- 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Combine garlic, rosemary, black pepper and salt. Mix with the olive oil. Rub the outside of the chicken with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
