- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Buffalo Sauce (low carb– look for one that has around 2g per 2 tablespoons)
- Walden Farms Bleu Cheese dressing
- Celery sticks
Grill boneless skinless chicken breasts on the George Foreman grill, then cut into strips. Put some buffalo sauce (low carb– look for one that has around 2g per 2 tablespoons) in a plastic bag, add the chicken strips and shake til chicken is coated. Then spray a skillet with olive-oil Pam, and cook the chicken til it’s browned a bit. Serve with Walden Farms Bleu Cheese dressing for dipping and celery sticks. This should not be used for your lean everyday – but hey it’s great for the Superbowl!
