Chicken Broccoli Alfredo


  • 4 T half and half
  • 1 c broccoli
  • 1 c beansprouts
  • 1 c shirataki noodles
  • 6 oz cooked chicken (or raw but use a little more)
  • 1 c italian cheese blend (shredded)
  • 2 T parmesan (grated)
  • pn nutmeg (pinch)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)


Saute the veggies in Pam for a couple of minutes. When they’re soft add the chicken, heat through, add the rest of the ingredients, toss, heat for a couple more minutes. Top with the parmesan cheese.


Chicken and cheese count for lean, half and half for fat, broccoli, bean sprouts and shirataki for green.
