- 6 oz Chicken (cubed)
- 1⁄2 c Green Pepper (sliced into strips)
- 1⁄2 c Mushrooms (whole)
- 1⁄2 c Zucchini (sliced)
- 3 t Soy Sauce
Place cubed chicken into a zip-lock bag with 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. Place vegetables into another zip-lock bag with 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Stick on a skewer. Broil in the oven or cook over the grill.
