Shish Kobob


  • 6 oz Chicken (cubed)
  • 1⁄2 c Green Pepper (sliced into strips)
  • 1⁄2 c Mushrooms (whole)
  • 1⁄2 c Zucchini (sliced)
  • 3 t Soy Sauce


Place cubed chicken into a zip-lock bag with 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. Place vegetables into another zip-lock bag with 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Stick on a skewer. Broil in the oven or cook over the grill.


Tips: Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
