Thai Turkey Roll-Up


  • 18 oz Turkey (roasted, cut into 1/4 inch strips)
  • 3 c Lettuce (leaf)
  • 1⁄4 t Red Pepper (crushed flakes)
  • 1 t Garlic (minced)
  • 1 t Ginger (fresh)
  • 1 T Splenda
  • 1 T Cilantro (fresh, minced)
  • 2 T Green Onion (minced)
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 T Lime


In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, green onions, cilantro, splenda, ginger, garlic, pepper flakes and turkey strips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Unfold lettuce leave; drain turkey mixture and spread evenly along lower quarter of leafs.
Roll up tightly and divide into three servings the number of roll-ups depend on the size of lettuce leafs.
