Turkey Salad


  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 12 oz Turkey Breast Roast (sliced)
  • Mrs. Dash Spice Blend
  • 4 c Spinach (fresh leaves)
  • 1⁄2 c Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 c Tomato (chopped)
  • 1⁄4 c Parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • Italian Vinaigrette Salad Spritzer


Cook the turkey strips in a small pan, using non-stick spary. Sprinkle with the spice blend. While cooking, place the veggies in a bowl, set aside.

In another bowl, combine the dressing mixture. When the turkey strips have cooked and cooled, toss the turkey and salad and spray with low calorie vinaigrette salad spritzer.


Tips: Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
