Crock Pot Spicy Beef Roast


  • 3 lb Beef Roast
  • 1 T pepper
  • 2 clv Garlic (minced)
  • 3 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1⁄4 c Soy Sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 t Dry Mustard


Trim fat off roast. Rub pepper & garlic onto roast, then place in crockpot. Make several shallow slits in top of roast. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover; cook on low 8 – 10 hours or on high 4 – 5 hours.
