- 5 oz Salmon
- 1⁄2 c Zucchini (diced)
- 1⁄2 c Cauliflower (diced)
- 1⁄2 c broccoli (cut into small bites)
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 cooking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon in one pan and the vegetables in another. Cook for 20 minutes.
