Salmon and Veggies


  • 5 oz Salmon
  • 1⁄2 c Zucchini (diced)
  • 1⁄2 c Cauliflower (diced)
  • 1⁄2 c broccoli (cut into small bites)


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 cooking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon in one pan and the vegetables in another. Cook for 20 minutes.


Tips: Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
