Teriyaki Halibut


  • 7 oz Fish (Halibut, or any fish)
  • Cayenne (to taste)
  • 1 t Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Sesame Seeds (optional)


Sprinkle fish with cayenne and baste with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with a few toasted sesame seeds if you want. Place on a piece of tin foil 4” under pre-heated broiler for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and wrap in tin foil until ready to serve (this will continue to cook the fish).
