Tuna Patties 2


  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1⁄2 c Celery (chopped)
  • 2 T Onion (chopped)
  • 10 oz Tuna (canned, drained)
  • 1 Eggs (only the white)


Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add chopped celery and onion. Saute until limp. Drain and set aside.
Separate one egg and beat egg white, only, in a bowl. Add drained tuna, onions and celery. mix well. Make into even numbered patties, so can divide between two meals, and place in pan on medium heat. When one side is brown, flip over patties and cook other side. Serve warm.


Tips: Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
