- 6 Eggs (Hard-boiled, peeled and chopped)
- 4 T Celery (mined)
- 1 Scallion (sliced)
- 2 T Dill (fresh and chopped)
- 1 T Mayonnaise
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Served chilled.
