Egg and Veggie Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs (Hard-boiled, peeled and chopped)
  • 4 T Celery (mined)
  • 1 Scallion (sliced)
  • 2 T Dill (fresh and chopped)
  • 1 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 t Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Served chilled.

Notes

Tips: Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
