- 2 Pork Loin (small)
- 3 T Dijon Mustard
- pepper (freshly cracked black)
Heat oven to 450. On grill pan place pork loins and baste with mustard. Liberally sprinkle on freshly cracked black pepper. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until inserted meat thermometer reads 160. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
