Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 pk Oatmeal (4 of same flavor, or 2 of two different flavors)
  • 1 pk Eggs (MF Scrambled)
  • 1 pk Pudding (MF Vanilla or Banana)
  • 2 T Baking Powder
  • 1⁄4 c Flax Seed Meal (milled, Publix in the “Green-Wise” section or any health food store)
  • 2 c Water
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • 1 t Fruit Extract (any other fruit extract)

Instructions

Spray a muffin pan with Baker’s Joy or Pam Baking
Fill each slot to make 6 muffins
Cook on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Notes
1 muffin = 1 meal
