Pumpkin Spice Muffins


  • 1 pk Oatmeal (Apple Cinnamon)
  • 1 pk Chai Latte
  • 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
  • 2 t Splenda
  • 1⁄2 t Pumpkin Spice
  • 1⁄2 t Vanilla Extract
  • 1⁄2 t Almond Extract
  • 1⁄2 c Water


Mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes and cool. Makes 6 muffins.


Counts as 2 MF meals, 3 muffins per meal.
