Shake Cake


  • 1 pk Shake (or pudding or oatmeal)
  • 1 T Pumpkin
  • 2 T Egg-Beaters (or egg whites, 1 egg white per 2 T)
  • 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 T Water (or SF Davinci or Torani syrup)
  • Ground Cinnamon (I use it with vanilla or the oatmeal)


Mix and bake in a mini baking pan (I bought mine at walmart) or double the recipe and put it in the small loaf pan

350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes

The puddings will have a soft texture something between a cake and pumpkin pie (with a tiny bit of cool whip mmmm) the shake cakes texture is cake-like and the oatmeal is like a bread.. great toasted! try it with pb2 or ff cream cheese
