- 1 pk Shake (Swiss Mocha)
- 1 T Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 1 T Vanilla Syrup (sugar free)
- 2 T Egg-Beaters (or 1 egg white per 2 T)
- 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
- 1 T Canned Pumpkin
I dont like the swiss mocha shakes.. even as a shake cake so i finally fixed it!
Mix and bake in a small pan sprayed non stick pan
350 degrees for about 15 minutes. This is soooooooo good.. great texture and tastes a lot better!
