- 1 cream soup (chicken, broccoli, or tomato)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white or a little less than 1/4 cup egg beaters (count towards your lean)
- dash of cumin and chili powder
- fresh cilantro
Heat oven to 450′. Blend the soup, dried seasonings, and baking powder. Add the egg. Should look like a thick sticky dough. Spray a cookie sheet and spread dough out thinly (too think will turn these more into ‘chips’) Sprinkle top with a little fresh cilantro. Bake for 10 min or until golden brown. Slice into sticks. These taste great by themselves or served with 1 tbsp of tomato salsa or pico de gallo. Makes 1 meal.
Make sure you keep track of your condiments as you add in the cumin, chili powder and baking powder and remember to remove the egg white from your portion of the lean!
