- 1 Chili (MF Chili, Stew, or Soup; crush to a powder in food processor)
- 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
- 2 t Flax Seed Meal (ground, optional, I like the texture)
- 3 tbsp Egg-Beaters
- 1 T Water
Mix all the dry ingredients well in the bowl and add egg beaters and water. Spray PAM on small nonstick loaf pan
Bake 350 for about 15 minutes
Let it cool off. Cut on perimeter in 2 slices. Can refrigerate and eat same OR next day!
Great toasted (don’t overtoast it).
The egg beaters count as a small part of your protein You can also use a wedge of laughing cow light cheese or ff cream cheese on it as one lean fat serving
Maybe take an ounce of lean protien out of your lean and green meal and put it on the bread!
