Oats and yogurt meal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/2 c Yogurt (plain)
  • 1/2 c Fruit

Instructions

Mix oats, yogurt, and fruit. Garnish with cinnamon if desired. Serve with 2-3 oz. of cooked chicken, turkey or soy sausage.
