Her sister had just begun the Take Shape For Life Program with someone from work, and when Connie saw the results, it was a no-brainer. It was October of 2010 when Connie started the program and by March, she had lost 60 pounds*. But even before that, in January, people were begging her to help do what she had done. “I was afraid it would interfere with my own weight loss,” she said, “So my Health Coach took care of everybody.”
In March, though, her Health Coach told Connie she was ready. “People are being influenced by you. How can you not help?” Right now, Connie serves 102 Clients. “Successful Clients,” she corrects herself. “Some are losing rapidly, some not so rapidly, but all of them are healthier.”
Her advice to anyone about being a better Coach is that you can only succeed by caring and helping. I haven’t asked one person to do this, they have all walked up and asked me how to order food.”
