Keeping it in the family! The story of one health coaches’ son:
After moving to the big city and having a schedule with no time for planning meals, I found that I had gained 30 extra lbs. My parents had lost 50 and 85 pounds in just 15 weeks on a health program almost 3 years earlier, and I thought I wold give it a try. In just 7 weeks I had lost 30 pounds and had the energy to keep up with my schedule. And the best part was that I only had to think of 1 meal a day. I was saving time, money, and my health.
