Just when I thought I was going to be “large and in charge” for the rest of my life, I came across some information on this program! Being able to eat every 3 hours was the best part of the program. I wasn’t starving like any other plan I’ve tried! Of course losing up to 2-5 pounds a week is a huge benefit, we all like to see results! I lost 30 pounds in 12 weeks and have kept it off for 3 months now. Everything is easier when you are light and fit and I will never go back to being the way I was before!
